The UCD Confucius Institute for Ireland currently comprises of eight full-time and one part-time staff, including three staff members provided by Hanban. The Institute is governed by the Executive Board, chaired by Dr. Philip Nolan, Deputy President of UCD.

Ms Yinyin Sun
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (TEMPORARY)
BACKGROUND
Ms. Yinyin Sun worked as a journalist for one year in the News Channel of Shenyang TV Station, China after she graduated from her primary degree in Bachelor of Law. Then, she went to Australia. She obtained Master of Arts in Communications from Swinburne University of Technology, Australia in 2005. She worked as a Marketing assistant in an international trading company in Melbourne, Australia from 2004 to 2006. She came to Ireland in 2006 and studied Master of Business Studies in Project Management in Michael Smurfit School of Business, UCD. In 2007 she subsequently studied the ACCA course.
Since September 2009, Ms. Yinyin Sun has been working as temporary executive assistant at Irish Institute for Chinese Studies and UCD Confucius Institute for Ireland .
